PayPal fraud and freelance?
I presented a proposal for freelance work in getafreelancer.com. Posted on contact, and I was hired to manage its AdWords advertising account. Transferred from $ 100 in my paypal account and told to keep $ 20 for my management. I paid 76 of AdWords. The next day, same announcement made another 76. Then three days later I received an email from PayPal Buyer claims that the unauthorized transfer of money. My account has 0 Balance as had transferred to my bank account.
