PayPal fraud and freelance?

I presented a proposal for freelance work in getafreelancer.com. Posted on contact, and I was hired to manage its AdWords advertising account. Transferred from $ 100 in my paypal account and told to keep $ 20 for my management. I paid 76 of AdWords. The next day, same announcement made another 76. Then three days later I received an email from PayPal Buyer claims that the unauthorized transfer of money. My account has 0 Balance as had transferred to my bank account. Then charged me again and left a negative balance of 196.30 that reduces to 0 on its side or bad credit risk. I think it is unfair that I have to bear the burden of loss.What I can do to have justice?
